Receta Peanut Butter Sesame Balls

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 c. skim powdered lowfat milk
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
- Minced nuts, toasted sesame seeds, vermicelli or possibly sprinkles
Direcciones
- In a medium sized bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Blend thoroughly. Mix lowfat milk pwdr and oatmeal together. Gradually add in to peanut butter mix, blending thoroughly, using hands if necessary to mix as dough begins to stiffen. Blend in sesame seeds.
- Add in 2 Tbsp. boiling water to mix, if dry. Shape in one inch balls. Roll in finely minced nuts, sesame seeds, vermicelli or possibly sprinkles. Yield: approximately 3 dozen balls. Toast sesame seeds in preheated 200 degree oven for about 20 min or possibly till lightly browned.
