Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup shelled pecans, ground into meal in a food processor
  • 1 1/4 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2/3 cup plain greek yogurt (I use Cabot Greek-Style Yogurt)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups finely diced pear (about 2 pears)
  • 1/4 cup finely diced candied ginger
  • coarse sugar for sprinkling (optional)
