Ingredients: 1 lrg Hand rocket; 2 Tbsp. Fresh mint; 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil; 1/4 pt Champagne vinaigrette; 6 x Thin slices Comice pear, (6 to 8); 7 x Strips provolone cheese, approx 2 x 1/2 inch; (7 to 8) thick; 1/2 pt Mild extra virgin olive oil; 2 1/2 fl ounce Champagne vinegar; 1/4 pt Champagne; Salt and grnd black pepper; Sugar if required

Ingredientes

1 lrg Hand rocket
2 Tbsp. Fresh mint
2 Tbsp. Fresh basil
1/4 pt Champagne vinaigrette
6 x Thin slices Comice pear, (6 to 8)
7 x Strips provolone cheese, approx 2 x 1/2 inch
Â Â (7 to 8) thick
1/2 pt Mild extra virgin olive oil
2Â 1/2 fl ounce Champagne vinegar
1/4 pt Champagne
Â Â Salt and grnd black pepper
Â Â Sugar if required

Direcciones

Whisk the vinaigrette ingredients together adding sugar if necessary.
Toss the rocket and herbs with half of the vinaigrette. Top with the pear and cheese and drizzle with the remaining vinaigrette.
