Method: In a bowl, add methi leaves ,salt,turmeric powder,masala pwds,ghee , flour ,water and form a smooth dough.Cover it for some timeIn a bowl , add mashed potatoes,peas , masala powders , salt and mix well , make small balls.Next make small pooris , add the stuffing and cover and make pooris again.Heat Oil, carefully slide the poori and deep fry.Serve
