Receta Peas stew
A hearty, nutritious stew simmered in a tomato sauce is a perfect choice for chilly days.
Ingredientes
- 30 ml (2 tbs) olive oil
- 300 g smoked cured ham, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 400 g of fresh or frozen peas
- 500 g tomato puree
- 450 ml water
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- (or 1/2 tbs Vegeta Natur )
- 400 g potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1 tbs sugar
