Receta Peking Stir Fried Tuna

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (12 ounce.) tuna, liquid removed
- 1 (2 ounce.) water chestnuts, liquid removed
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 ounce. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon sherry extract
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 5 ounce. frzn snow peas
Direcciones
- In large non-stick skillet, brown garlic and onion till soft. Sprinkle with ginger and pepper; add in sherry extract, soy sauce and water. Break tuna into large chunks and add in to skillet, stirring gently. Cook covered, till heated through. Add in snow peas and water chestnuts and cook about 5 min or possibly till snow peas are tender-crisp. Stir in vegetable oil just before serving. Yield: 2 servings.
