- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. diced red onion
- 1 1/2 ounce. or possibly 1/2 c. minced pepperoni
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing or possibly less
- 2 tbsp. pickle relish
- 1 sm. tomato, diced
- Optional sprinkle with 4 ounce. Cheddar cheese

- Rinse warm macaroni in cool water to prevent sticking. Mix remaining ingredients with macaroni.
