  1. Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, scallions, cilantro, ginger, garlic and warm pepper sauce in a mixing bowl. Add in the steaks and marinate several hrs or possibly overnight. When ready to cook, drain the steaks from the marinade and reserve 1/2 c. of the marinade. Place the reserved marinade in a small saucepot and bring the sauce to a full boil. Then remove from the heat. Meanwhile, grill or possibly broil the steaks to the desired doneness.
  2. Serve the steaks with the sauce.
  3. Serves 4.
