Receta Perfect Strip Steaks

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 6 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dry sherry
- 2 tsp Scallions, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 tsp Freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Warm pepper sauce
- 4 x New York strip steaks, about 8 ounce. Each
Direcciones
- Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, sherry, scallions, cilantro, ginger, garlic and warm pepper sauce in a mixing bowl. Add in the steaks and marinate several hrs or possibly overnight. When ready to cook, drain the steaks from the marinade and reserve 1/2 c. of the marinade. Place the reserved marinade in a small saucepot and bring the sauce to a full boil. Then remove from the heat. Meanwhile, grill or possibly broil the steaks to the desired doneness.
- Serve the steaks with the sauce.
- Serves 4.
