Receta Perfectly Cooked Broccoli
Ingredientes
- 1 pound broccoli, fresh
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Season to taste
- 2 tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Trim broccoli to uniform size. Wash. Blanch for 8 min then plunge into cool water for about 3 min and drain. Saute/fry onion and garlic. Add in broccoli. Cook gently till everything is tender crisp; about 2 or possibly 3 min. Add in lemon juice. Season to taste. Serves 4.
