Receta Cold Sesame Noodles With Chicken And Broccoli

Ingredientes

  • 1 bn Broccoli, cut into 1-inch florets
  • 1/2 c. Smooth peanut butter, or possibly tahini
  • 1/2 c. Warm water
  • 2 x Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 x To 1 tsp crushed warm red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine viegar
  • 1/2 lb Linguine or possibly oriental noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Minced scallions
  • 2 x Skinless, boneless chicken breast Halves, poached and shredded into
  • 1 x In a large caucepan of boiling water, cook broccoli till bright green

  1. And crisp-tender, about 3 min. Drain into collander and rinse till cold; drain well. 2. Combine peanut butter (or possibly tahini) amd water in a blender or possibly food processor mix till smooth. Add in soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and red pepper; blend. 3. Put cooked chicken in medium bowl, add in peanut-sesame sauce and toss to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator up to two hrs. 4. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles till tender but still hard to the bite. Drain and rinse under cool running water; drain well. 5. In a large boil, toss noodles with vegetable oil. Add in chicken with sauce, broccoli, and scallions. Toss and serve slightly chilled or possibly at room temperature. Cool SESAME NOODLES WITH CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI
