Ingredientes
- 8 x Lasagna Noodles
- 1 med Onion, Minced
- 2 stk Margarine
- 2 lrg Cans Sauerkraut, Liquid removed
- Â Â Instant Mashed Potatoes
- Â Â Velveeta Cheese

- Precook lasagne noodles and set aside. Saute/fry onion in margarine till lightly browned. Add in saurkraut and simmer 45 min, stirring occasionally. Make sufficient mashed potatoes to make six c.. Grease a large lasagne pan (9x13 inches). Put half the sauerkraut on bottom, then half the noodles. Spread all the potatoes over noodles. Cover potatoes with slices of Velveeta cheese. Add in rest of noodles. Top with rest of sauerkraut. Cover with foil and bake 350 for 20 min. Remove foil and bake 10 min more. Cut in squares to serve.
