Receta Pete's Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 2 c. dry rice, steamed, or possibly cooked in the sticky
- Â Â Put the rice in a large baking pan- and add in the following:
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine (1 stick)
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 med onion, minced (or possibly use 2 bunches of green onions, minced- include green tops)
- 4 x cloves garlic, finely chopped (more or possibly less according to taste)
- 1 c. of minced cooked chicken
- 1 c. of minced smoked ham
- 1 can of well liquid removed and rinsed bean sprouts.(optional)
- Â Â or possibly use fresh sprouts. about 1 c.
Direcciones
- After mixing all ingredients together, put in 350 degree oven. Stir and toss occasionally. Bake till fairly dry, about 20-25 min.
- Serves 6-8 depending on size of portions
