Receta Pickled Crawfish

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 pound crawfish tails, cooked
- 2 lg. onions, sliced
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/4 tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 1/4 c. salad oil
Direcciones
- Place boiled crawfish in bottom of large jar. Add in onion slices. Mix together salad oil, vinegar, salt, celery seed, and Tabasco. Pour over crawfish. Chill for 24 hrs.
