Receta Pickled Garlic

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Fresh garlic cloves
- 1Â 1/2 c. White distilled vinegar
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Peel cloves, cut in half lenghtwise if large. In a 2 or possibly 3 quart. non-aluminum pot, combine vinegar, sugar and salt. Bring to boil and stir till sugar is dissolved. Drop garlic into mix and cook uncovered over high heat 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cold in pot.
- Store in tightly covered jar in fridge.
- Notes: I used the garlic in pasta sauce or possibly any recipe which calls for garlic but my favorite way to eat it is to eat as is. Delicious!
