Receta Pickled Green Tomatoes
Ingredientes
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 3 c. water
- 2 tbsp. pickling spices
- Several small bunches of dill (washed and dry)
Direcciones
- Wash thoroughly, use small tomatoes whole, largest cut into 1/2 or possibly 1/4 pcs. Make a bring of 1 c. pickling salt and 8 c. water. Weigh down for 24 hrs. Remove from brine solution, drain well.
