Receta Pickled Pigs Feet
Ingredientes
- 8 pigs feet or possibly ham hocks
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 dozen whole cloves
- 1 whole red pepper pod
- 1 pt. cider vinegar
Direcciones
- Starting with young pigs feet, clean and scrape them well. Cover with cool water and let simmer till tender. Put the feet or possibly ham hocks in a crock. Boil vinegar, cloves, bay leaves, and pepper pod together for a few min. Season the feet with salt and pepper and pour the spiced vinegar over while boiling. Cover the crock and set in cold place for 24 hrs. Then chill. Ready to eat.
