Receta Picnic Cole Slaw

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 lg. cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 green pepper, minced fine
- 1 med. onion, minced
Direcciones
- In saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt. Boil for short time. In large bowl, combine cabbage, pepper, carrot, and onion. Pour hot vinegar mix over vegetables and cold in refrigerator for several hrs before serving. This is good for picnic as it won't spoil as fast as regular mayonnaise dressings.
