Ingredientes
- Cooked rice, cooled
- 1 head of cabbage, core taken out
- 1/4 pound bacon, browned & diced
- Onion
- Grnd beef
- Tomato soup or possibly sauce
- Sauerkraut (optional)
Direcciones
- Steam cabbage at low temperature. Drain. Saute onion and grnd beef. Add in rice, bacon and onion. Lay cabbage leaf in hand. Add in scoop of hamburg mix and roll up. Fasten with toothpick if necessary.
- 1. Layer of sauerkraut plus water from cabbage.2. Layer of pigs.
- 3. Layer of sauerkraut.
- 4. Pour tomato sauce over all.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs.
