  • Meringue:

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar (optional)
  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, on high until stiff glossy
