Ingredientes
- ½ cup packed light-brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup dark rum, such as Myers's
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 large cans of pineapple rings, drained (reserve juice for another use)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 large egg yolk
- Tart Dough
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces (2 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into ½-inch pieces
- ¼ cup ice water
