Receta Pizza Dough
Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 3 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Combine yeast, sugar and water. Stir to dissolve and let stand 10 min, until it bubbles.
- Combine in large bowl: flour and salt.
- Make a well in center for the yeast mix.
- Work dough until stiff then turn out on floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (5 min).
- Make a ball and place into oiled medium size bowl.
- Turn dough to coat all over with oil.
- Cover with towel. Let rise in hot place (45 min or until dough doubles in size).
- Punch down and roll out.
- Top with whatever you want!
