Receta Polenta and Garden Vegetable Bake
Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 8-10 ounces baby spinach
- 1 1/2 cups prepared marinara sauce (make sure to get one thatâs all-natural, with no sugar added)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 16 ounces prepared polenta, sliced lengthwise into 6 thin slices (I used Trader Joeâs organic polenta â picture below)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese, divided
