Receta Polish Beef Stew Steak And Vegetables
Ingredientes
- 1 round steak
- 1 green pepper
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 celery stalks
- 4 carrots
- Oil
- Flour
- 2 potatoes
- 1 lg. c. tomato juice
- Garlic salt
Direcciones
- Lightly salt and pepper the round steak. Cut up in serving size pcs. Brown steak in oil. Add in sufficient tomato juice to cover steak, simmer. Add in some garlic salt. Cut celery in 2-inch long strips. Add in to meat. Cut green pepper into 6- 12 strips. Add in to meat. Peel carrots, and potatoes, and cut into large pcs and add in to meat. Add in more tomato juice as needed. Cook at least 1 hour at 350 degrees till vegetables are tender. Stir in a little flour to thicken.
