Receta Polish Cucumber Salad

Ingredientes
- Â Â Mizeria
- 1 lrg cucumber
- 1 tsp salt
- 110 ml soured cream
- 1 x juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp caster sugar tsp. dry dillweed
- Â Â Fresly milled black pepper
Direcciones
- First peel the cucumber preferably with a potato peeler then thinly slice it and place in a cohnder sprinkling salt between the layers.
- Then stand the colander on a plate and leave it for about 1 hour to drain. Meanwhile mix the cream with the lemon juice caster sugar dillweed and a good seasoning of freshly milled black pepper.
- Now using your hands squeeze out a handful of cucumber slices at a time and transfer them to a serving dish.
- Then pour the cream mix over them and mix lightly to coat all the cucumber with the cream taste to check the seasoning.
- Cover the cucumber and refrigerateit lightly till ready to serve.
- This is very good served as a side salad with fish or possibly spicy Polish sausage.
