Receta "Poolside" Party Sub Sandwich
During the summer we have many pool parties a requested lunch is this sub sandwich. The children and adults love it and you will too!
Ingredientes
- 2- 20 ounce Loaves French or Italian Bread cut lengthwise
- 1/2 pound sliced Roast Beef
- 1/2 Pound Sliced Tavern Ham
- 1/2 Pound sliced Turkey
- 3/4 pound sliced American yellow or cheddar Cheese
- 2-1/2 cup Bibb Lettuce
- 2 ripe sliced tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Direcciones
- On a clean work surface slice lengthwise the two loaves of bread, spread mayo/mustard across the top of each loaf
- Starting at the bottom of loaves add roast beef, sliced cheese sticks, ham, turkey, tomato, lettuce more cheese
- Assemble to your liking
- I chill the wrapped sandwiches 30 minutes before slicing and serving
- I always serve with a fresh fruit salad
- Enjoy!
