Receta Poori with Potatoes Peas Masala
Ingredientes
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp. of sugar
- 2 tsp. of ghee
- For potatoes with peas masala you need
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup of cooked peas
- 1 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. of ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp. of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. of chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. of garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp. of cumin seeds
- Salt
- Note: If you want the masala to be gravy,you can add little water, when it boils, switch off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves:)
