Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd meat
- 1 beaten egg
- 2/3 c. rice
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 T minced onion
- 2 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Mix meats. Add in egg, lowfat milk, rice and 1/2 salt. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls and brown in hot fat.Put together tomatoes, other 1/2 salt, water and onion. Bring to a boil. Drop meat balls into mix. Cover and cook slowly for 1 1/2 hrs.
