Receta Pork And Sweet Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 4 lg. sweet potatoes or possibly yams
- 3 lg. apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2-3 tbsp. brown sugar
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of salt
- 4 lean pork chops
- 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Partially bake sweet potatoes; cold and slice into 1 1/2 qt casserole with sliced apples. Sprinkle with sugar. Add in pepper and salt, if you like. Brown pork chops in a non-stick skillet sprayed with Pam and place on top of apples. Add in water. Bake, uncovered, till tender, about 1 1/4 hrs at 325-350 degrees.
