  • 2 lb pork - (to 2 1/2 lbs) cut into 1" cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lrg can diced tomatoes in juice - (28 ounce
  • 1 can chili beans - (16 ounce) undrained
  • 1 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce)
  • 1/3 c. salsa
  • 1 sm onion minced
  • 1 sm bell pepper minced
  • 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  •     Chopped jalapeno or possibly other warm chile to taste (optional)
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or possibly to taste

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet, brown pork cubes in warm oil over medium heat. Drain. Place pork in crockpot; add in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
  2. Good with cornbread or possibly crackers.
  3. This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
