Receta Pork Chili (Crockpot)

Ingredientes
- 2 lb pork - (to 2 1/2 lbs) cut into 1" cubes
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lrg can diced tomatoes in juice - (28 ounce
- 1 can chili beans - (16 ounce) undrained
- 1 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce)
- 1/3 c. salsa
- 1 sm onion minced
- 1 sm bell pepper minced
- 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
- Â Â Chopped jalapeno or possibly other warm chile to taste (optional)
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or possibly to taste
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, brown pork cubes in warm oil over medium heat. Drain. Place pork in crockpot; add in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hrs.
- Good with cornbread or possibly crackers.
- This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
