Receta Pork Chili Verde

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lbs. pork, stir-fry size
- 1 pound onions, 1 inch chop
- 10 roasted peppers, cleaned and minced
- 1 can green chilies, minced
- 1 (28 ounce.) canned tomatoes, chunk with hands, fresh tomatoes are better if available
- Jalapenos, optional (to taste)
- Cilantro, optional (to taste)
- Cumin, optional (to taste)
- Chili pwdr, optional (to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Shredded Cheddar
Direcciones
- Cook pork and onions with garlic till browned. Add in other ingredients. Cook about 2 hrs till pork is tender. Serve with macaroni if you like. Garnish with cheese.
