Receta Pork Chop And Rice Bake

Ingredientes
- 4 c. water
- 2 c. rice
- 6 pork chops
- 1/2 stick butter
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Minced onions or possibly onion pwdr
Direcciones
- Cover bottom of large skillet or possibly frying pan with oil. Salt and pepper pork chops and brown over medium heat.
- Add in rice to boiling salted water, cook for 8-10 min. Pour rice and water into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, season with salt and pepper. Add in fresh minced onions (or possibly onion pwdr) and pork chop drippings into baking dish - stir.
- Cut butter into thin slices and place proportionately over rice. Put pork chops on top of rice mix. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min. Serve with your favorite vegetable and beverage.
