Ingredientes
- 4 or possibly 5 lean pork chops
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. minced celery
Direcciones
- Into a greased casserole or possibly square baking dish, put the uncooked rice. Over this put the onions, celery and green pepper in layers. Pour can of tomato soup over vegetables and add in sufficient water to cover. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and arrange over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min. Add in water if it becomes too dry. Serve with baked apples.
