Ingredientes
- 4 pork chops
- 1 sm. onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 (15 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 tbsp. catsup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Brown pork chops in pan. Place in oven dish. Meanwhile make sauce: Brown onion, green pepper and garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in rest of ingredients. Pour over pork chops. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour in covered dish. Serves 4.
