Ingredientes
- 3 or possibly 4 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chop suey vegetables, liquid removed
- 1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice (not instant)
Direcciones
- (With seasoning optional).
- Trim fat from chops - browning optional. Mix rice, soup, and one can of water. Pour into flat casserole dish. Layer vegetables on top of soup and rice mix. Pepper chops and place on top of vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs either covered or possibly uncovered.
