Receta Pork Chops In Tomato Juice
Ingredientes
- Pork chops
- Onion
- Raw rice
- Tomato juice
Direcciones
- Brown pork chops, salt and pepper as desired. Place 1/8 inch slice of onion on top of each pork chop in roaster. Add in 1 tbsp of raw rice on top of each chop. Add in the tomato juice to the top of the pork chops and cover. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Baste at different times as needed.
