- 1 lrg Rip mango, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 c. Minced red onion
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. Jalapeno chili - chopped and seeded
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice

- Directions: Peel and dice the orange. Place in medium bowl and add in remaining ingredients. Season salsa to taste with pepper and toss to blend.
