Receta Pork Chops With Wine

Ingredientes
- 6 thick pork chops
- 1 T shortening
- 3 T chopped onion
- 1 T prepared mustard
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 T cornstarch
Direcciones
- Brown pork chops in shortening. When good and brown, add in onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon, red wine, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or possibly till chops are tender. Remove the chops and add in the cornstarch mixed with water to dissolve. Stir till smooth. Serve over chops.
