Receta Pork Curry

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Lean pork cut up into 1" cubes
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 x Thinly sliced onions
- 4 x Cloves garlic crushed
- 1 sm Piece ginger finely grated
- 2 x Green chilles
- 1 tsp Salt
- 150 ml Water
- 1 tsp Red chilli pwdr
- 1 tsp Tumeric
- Â Â GRIND TOGETHER THE FOLLOWING SPICES:
- 2 Tbsp. Dry coiander seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 4 x Cloves
- 8 x Black peppercorns
- 1 x 1-inch piece cinnamom stick
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Thick tamarind pulp
Direcciones
- Grind all the above spices with 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- Heat oil fry onions ginger garlic minced green chillies until brown . Add in pork pcs to seal jucies. Add in red chilli pwdr and tumeric. Add in salt and water and cook on slow fire until meat is tender. Add in the grnd spices and tamarind and cook on slow fire until water dries and the meat is tender.
- If you want to cook it in the oven , then i suppose you could add in the last ingredients and finish off the cooking in the oven.
