Receta Pork Sausage with Cabbage and Potatoes
Use a good pork sausage for best results. I also like it with a good Smoked Sausage. After the sausage is browned in a large electric frying pan, I add the veggies and cook until the potatoes are done. Love it with horseradish on the side. Very easy.
Ingredientes
- 1 head cabbage, cut up
- 12 new potatoes, cut in half
- 1 pound pork sausages
- salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Cook cabbage and potatoes in water for about 10 minutes.
- Brown sausages in large skillet and pour off grease.
- Cover sausages with a layer of potatoes and then cabbage.
- Salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for about 30 minutes. Serve.
