- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup lightly toasted pecans, chopped
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup non-dairy chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/2 tbsp flax meal
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 1/2 cup canned or fresh pumpkin puree
- 3 tbsp oil (canola, coconut, etc.- your choice)
