Receta Pot Roast Supreme With Sour Cream Gravy

Ingredientes
- 3-4 pound beef pot roast
- Flour, salt & pepper
- 2 sm. onions
- 2 bay leaves
- 5 whole cloves
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- Oil
Direcciones
- Coat roast with flour, then salt and pepper liberally. Brown roast slowly on all sides in warm oil. Remove from heat, then add in onions, bay leaves, cloves, vinegar and water. Cover tightly and cook slowly for 2 1/2 hrs, till tender, turning frequently. Add in water, as needed, to prevent sticking. (See pot roast gravy.)
