Receta Potato Broccoli Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. broccoli, in bite size pcs
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1/2 c. carrots
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 5 to 6 med. potatoes, cubed
Direcciones
- Put broccoli, celery, onion, potatoes and carrots into large saucepan. Use sufficient water to cover tops. Boil over medium heat till potatoes are done, stirring occasionally.
- While this is boiling, heat butter in a large saucepan. Stir in flour. Keep stirring till mix is smooth and bubbly. Stir in 2 1/2 c. water. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in potato mix. Add in salt and pepper. Heat and serve. 8 servings.
