- Salt as per taste

- Carrot – 1/4 cup, grated
- Salt as per taste
- Onions – 3 to 4, depending on size
- Green Chillies – 3 to 4, depending on size
- Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Curry Leaves – handful
- Coriander Leaves – handful
- Oil – 1/4 cup
