Ingredientes

  • 3 tablespoons ghee or organic butter
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 pound (approx) uncured, fully-cooked ham steak, cubed
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 6 cups chicken or veggie broth
  • 4 cups chopped kale (well rinsed and middle vein and stems discarded)
  • 6 cups chopped collards (well rinsed and middle vein and stems discarded) –> mustard or turnip greens can be used also
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (or preferred hot sauce)
  • sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
