- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pretzel or other coarse salt for garnish
