Receta Prosciutto Apple Sandwich
had some “leftover” ingredients that prompted me to make what I’d like to call a summer inspired sandwich: maybe because it’s sweet or maybe because it has fruit in it. Not sure. But see what you think.

Ingredientes
- 4 slices Italian bread
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 6 slices of apple
- 4 slices of prosciutto ham
Direcciones
- Toast the slices of Italian bread.
- Divide and spread the honey on two of the slices.
- Divide the ricotta cheese and spread on top of each honey slice.
- Divide the prosciutto ham and apple slices between the remaining two slices of toast.
- Build two sandwiches from the various halves and voila!
