had some “leftover” ingredients that prompted me to make what I’d like to call a summer inspired sandwich: maybe because it’s sweet or maybe because it has fruit in it. Not sure. But see what you think.

Direcciones

  1. Toast the slices of Italian bread.
  2. Divide and spread the honey on two of the slices.
  3. Divide the ricotta cheese and spread on top of each honey slice.
  4. Divide the prosciutto ham and apple slices between the remaining two slices of toast.
  5. Build two sandwiches from the various halves and voila!
