Receta Pumpkin Baked Oatmeal
Ingredientes
- A heart-shaped Off You Go Oatmeal Bowl to enjoy your favorite whole grain breakfast
- 2 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 cups milk (I've used skim and almond, both work great)
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter, cooled to room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
