- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree (not the pumpkin pie mix)
- Filling:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup cookie butter
- 1 teaspoonn cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- Glaze:
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons cookie butter
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-2 tablespoons Cinnamon Bun flavored non-dairy creamer
