- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk
- 1/2 cup canned pureed pumpkin (make sure you donât get the pumpkin pie filling which is NOT the same thing!)
- dash of stevia extract + dash of honey
- Pumpkin Pie Spice (see picture below) + extra cinnamon to taste (about 1/4-1/2 tsp)
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1-2 Tbsp walnuts
