Punjabi Lassi is a refreshing drink for humid and hot weather.
Ingredientes
- 1. Yoghurt 250 gram (ml)
- 2. Black pepper Corn 2-3 Nos.
- 3. Green Cardamom 1-2 Nos.
- 4. Sugar 2-3 teaspoon (Or according to your taste)
- 5. Ice cold water 1/2 cup
- 6. Ice cubes 5-6 Nos.
Direcciones
- Put all the ingredients in an electric blender, and blend at high speed for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy the real taste of Punjab.
